You must complete the Pre-Arrival Induction, which provides key safety information before moving in.

How to Raise a Concern
Informal Resolution: Speak directly with a member of staff or your accommodation team.
Hall-Related Issues: Report cleaning, maintenance, or other hall matters to your Residence Reception or online here
Room Allocation Concerns: Contact Residential Services via email at accommodation@swansea.ac.uk.
Formal Complaints: Follow our Accommodation Complaint Procedure.
Independent Review: If a complaint remains unresolved, contact the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education.
