Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Bus Pass Offer

1. Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to students studying on Singleton Park Campus.
To qualify for the complimentary bus pass, students must have applied for accommodation at Bay Campus or true Swansea after 15th August 2024.

2. Offer Details

The complimentary bus pass provides free bus travel between Bay Campus, true Swansea accommodation, and Singleton Park Campus.
The bus pass is valid for use on the UniBws network, which connects the City Centre with both campuses.
Services run until 4am on weekdays, offering flexibility for travel between campuses and around the city.

3. Validity

The bus pass is valid for the duration of the student’s accommodation contract at Bay Campus or true Swansea.
The bus pass is non-transferable and must only be used by the student whose name is registered with the accommodation.

4. Activation and Use

Students will receive their bus pass by email to the students university account upon arrival and check-in at Bay Campus or true Swansea accommodation.
The bus pass must be presented when boarding any UniBws service. Failure to present the pass may result in being charged the standard fare.

5. Termination of Offer

If a student terminates their accommodation contract early, the complimentary bus pass will be deactivated and no longer valid for use.
Swansea University reserves the right to withdraw or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitations

The complimentary bus pass cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other travel discounts or offers.
The pass is only valid for travel on UniBws services and cannot be used on other public transport networks.

7. Liability

Swansea University and the accommodation providers (Bay Campus and true Swansea) are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged bus passes. A replacement fee may apply.
Swansea University is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or changes in the UniBws service schedule.

8. General

By accepting the bus pass, students agree to these terms and conditions.
Any disputes arising from the use of the complimentary bus pass will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.
