I completed my undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences followed by a Masters of Science by Research in Sports Science both at Swansea University. During my MSc, I focused my qualitative research on understanding the positive and negative factors that impact the well-being of student-athletes, particularly during a COVID-19 affected academic year. Throughout my Sport Science degrees, I have explored the importance of using technology such as virtual reality to enhance not only sports performance but everyday life. This exploration led to my interest in human-computer interaction applied to the areas of health and well-being. The human centred approach of the CDT has given me the opportunity to further explore these interests.
