The Sw Sara Mai Series by Casia Wiliam
With two books published and a third on the way, the Sw Sara Mai stories follow nine-year old Sara Mai who lives in a zoo with her parents and older brother Seb. Sara absolutely loves animals, from lions and zebras to wombats and worms, and she knows a whole lot about them too. To tell the truth she often prefers animals to people! From struggles at school to a stolen snake and the latest adventure which takes Sara Mai’s entire class on a school trip to a farm for the weekend, the Sara Mai series is a lively, fun and easy read for children aged 8 and upwards.
