The Department of Media & Communication has a vibrant research culture with areas of research investigation focused around digital media, film, journalism and public relations. The department also has a dynamic postgraduate research community, based around departmental seminars and events.
Researchers in the department are members of CODAH, the Centre on Digital Arts and Humanities, an inter-disciplinary group considering the impact of digital media and communications on society as well as using digital methods to further humanities and other research.
