I am a Sport Science technician with a strong background in Sport and Exercise Science having studied for an undergraduate at Swansea University before completing an MSc at Cardiff Metropolitan. Currently, I am pursuing a part-time PhD in Sport Science while continuing in my role as a technician. My interests and expertise span across various aspects of Sport Science, with specialisations in cardiovascular & exercise physiology and health, and sports technology.
