About

Ume-Kulsoom works as the research technician on the 4th floor in Invitro Toxicology group in the medical school. She maintains the laboratory to research standards. She supervised BSc project students in DNA damage projects. She trains and assists new members of staff and visitors. She is a passionate researcher trying to add knowledge regarding factors influencing carcinogenicity and genotoxicity of different chemicals present in environment and used in food and items of daily use.
