Course Overview

If you are a diploma qualified, registered nurse looking to further enhance your personal and professional development, this course is for you.

Delivered full-time over one year at Uniciti International Education Hub (UIEH) in Mauritius, and awarded by Swansea University in the UK, the BSc Nursing Top-Up is designed for students who have completed a Diploma in Nursing and hold a current registration as a professional Nurse with a relevant Nursing Council overseas.

Information for Applicants

How to Apply

Applications are to be made directly via Uniciti International Education Hub (UIEH). To be eligible to apply, you will need to be based in Mauritius and to provide evidence of the following:

Diploma in Nursing
Registration with the relevant Nursing Council
Proof of Identity (i.e. Birth certificates and national identify card)
All copies of official academic transcripts from high school onwards (to include completion of at least 5 subjects at SC/ GCE O Level)
IELTS 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in all components (or SC/ GCE O Level English Language at Grade C or above)

How You're Taught

This one-year full-time degree programme will be delivered in-person at Uniciti International Education Hub (UIEH) in Mauritius, through synchronous and asynchronous online learning. This programme is designed to establish and reinforce your core knowledge, skills and values to inform and enhance current nursing practice within your home countries.
