Important Dates with The College

Postgraduate (Standard) deadlines applies to all Pre-Master's in School of Management (Accounting and Finance, Management), Children and Young People, Computer Science (Conversion Route), Public Health and Management Pathways.

Postgraduate (Integrated) deadlines applies to all other PG pathways.

Please check your timetable for exam arrangements after teaching ends.

Please note that Swansea University including our college staffs will be out of office on UK Bank holidays*, we will respond to your enquiries upon return.

1st Jan - New Year's Day

18th April - Good Friday

21st April - Easter Monday

5th May - Early May Bank Holiday

26th May - Spring Bank Holiday

25th Aug - Summer Bank Holiday

25th Dec - Christmas Day

26th Dec - Boxing Day 

*If a bank holiday is on a weekend, a ‘substitute’ weekday becomes a bank holiday, normally the following Monday.

The above dates are for enrolled students at The College, Swansea University.  For prospective students who hold an offer to study with The College, please refer to the relevant pathway level of study for our key deadlines.   

It is your own responsibility to check these dates, inform your sponsors, and make the necessary payments before the above deadlines.

Late Payment Fees

Any payments not made by the required due date will incur a late payment penalty of £150. 

Appeals for late payment

If you wish to request an extension for payment of fees without late penalty fines:

• Please contact a member of College Services to request an extension appeal form. Extension appeal forms can also be collected from reception.
• All appeals must be received by The College by 5pm Friday of the week prior to the payment deadline.
• The College Senior Management Team will consider all appeals.
• You will receive a response to your appeal (i.e. whether it has been approved or denied) via your Swansea University email.

Please note: Any charges/fines that have been accrued must be paid for by the above payment deadlines.
