Assistant skipper / marine biology technician. I work onboard the university’s research vessel ‘Mary Anning’. I also maintain and operate a 5m rigid inflatable boat ‘Calypso’. My role onboard both vessels is to ensure safety of students and staff, and operate equipment for sampling and research. Additionally, I support staff and students within the Faculty of Science and Engineering, particularly with field work.
