Swansea Law Achieves Its Best Position Yet in World University Rankings 2025.
Swansea Law School continued its consistent rise in league tables and has been ranked in the first 125 in the just-released World University Rankings 2025. The rankings are produced using a methodology that includes 18 performance indicators that measure law schools’ performance across five areas: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry, and international outlook. This success follows the Law School’s achieving 150 Position in the World QS Rankings two years in a row in 2023 and 2024.
Commenting on this remarkable success, Prof Alison Perry, Head of the Law School, said:
“I am delighted and proud to see Swansea Law School gaining a commanding position and ranked in the top 125 in the world in this prestigious league table. At Swansea, besides delivering globally recognised research, we offer undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that aim to prepare our students to enter a fast-evolving professional environment. Our students are often sought after by employers in the UK and internationally. I would take this opportunity to thank my colleagues for their dedication to the Law School at Swansea, to our students, and to law as a discipline.”
