The School of Management is thrilled to welcome Ms Rachel Flanagan, the Founder and Director of Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services, a multi-award-winning commercial cleaning company serving a range of industries across South Wales and the West of England. This event, organised for our business students, will feature Rachel sharing her entrepreneurial journey.
Rachel started the company at just 18 years old, growing it into a successful enterprise with a multimillion pound turnover and over 400 employees. She will discuss the operational challenges of maintaining high-quality standards and her vision to transform the perception of the cleaning industry.
