We are thrilled to announce that two of our PhD students have been recognised for their outstanding research at the prestigious BAM 2024 Doctoral Symposium, held on Tuesday, 3rd September 2024, at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University.
Bianca was awarded the Best Poster Prize, and Natalie secured second place at the highly competitive poster competition during the symposium.
The BAM (British Academy of Management) Doctoral Symposium is a significant event, offering doctoral researchers from various business and management sub-disciplines the opportunity to engage with senior academics and receive expert feedback on their research. This year’s symposium included over 200 participants, making Bianca and Natalie’s achievements even more remarkable.
The symposium featured plenary sessions, methodology clinics, 1-on-1 Research Conversations, and student Paper Presentations, providing an invaluable platform for doctoral researchers to refine their studies.
Helen Williams and Katrina Pritchard are extremely proud of Bianca and Natalie. Their dedication to impactful research truly shines through. Helen shared her thoughts, saying, “We are immensely proud of Bianca and Natalie. Their hard work and innovative research are contributing to important discussions in the field, and it’s wonderful to see their efforts recognised on such a prestigious platform.”
We look forward to welcoming more business and management doctoral researchers to future events, as the BAM symposium continues to foster collaboration, innovation, and academic excellence.
Congratulations again to Bianca and Natalie for their fantastic achievements!
