About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive International Student Compliance Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support the busy and dynamic Student Compliance Services team within Student Life.

The International Student Compliance Assistant will report to the Senior Student Compliance Officer and will ensure comprehensive administrative support for Student Compliance Services in relation to International students, whilst also working collaboratively to support the wider Student Compliance Services team with enrolment activities and queries relating to International students.

The post will require experience within administration and exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. The post will also require excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across cultures.

Welsh Language Skills

The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
